Running Park Seiser Alm
20 circular tracks, well balanced and well marked with different distances and difficulty, with a total length of 180 km. Of these, 8 offer perfect running conditions surrounded by the magnificent landscape of the Alpe di Siusi at an altitude of between 1800 and 2300 metres above sea level. 12 of them are at an altitude of between 900 and 1100 metres around the villages of Castelrotto, Siusi and Fié, at the foot of the Sciliar plateau.
You can choose among several routes, such as the 18-km Paul Tergat Track or the easy Beginners Run - the Running Park offers ideal trails for every runner.
Orientation and signposting. In order to find the right individual path, the tracks have a measurement system for running, mountain running and Nordic walking. Blue, red and black pictograms indicate the degree of difficulty of the tracks.
Running made easy. A booklet informs you about the tracks, length and difficulty. You can also get information on how to start, together with a training diary (available in German and Italian).

For sports fans, it’s a good exercise, and for people who don't have as much opportunity to do something for their fitness, it's an efficient way to achieve the maximum effect. So let's go!
