Climate neutral holiday

We are the first climate neutral Hotel in the Dolomites, and this means that with your stay you contribute actively to climate protection. We have been preserving the environment for years, aiming at doing something good for our climate and in order to improve the efficiency of the Hotel. For example we use green energy from the water, heat with methane gas and employ environment-friendly cleaning supplies of the South Tyrolean company Hygan. In autumn 2011 we decided to become climate neutral and therefore our total CO² emissions of the year 2010 were measured (result: 312 tons). So all family members decided together to invest in the climate protection project “Wind energy in Turkey (Marmara region)” and thus compensate the emissions. In the future we will develop some strategies to reduce our CO² emissions.
