Reservations: We only can guarantee your booking after receiving a deposit of € 300,00 by transfer per room. In case of delayed arrival or if you have to depart prematurely we have to pass to account according your reservation.

Renunciation: According to your written incoming mail of renunciation the following reversal percentages are calculated:
up to 90 days prior arrival - 10%; up to 45 days prior arrival - 20%;
up to 28 days prior arrival - 45%; up to 21 days prior arrival - 55%;
up to 7 days prior arrival - 65%; less than 7 days prior arrival - 70%.
We offer a renunciation insurance.

Pets: Please be so kind and contact us prior arrival if you want to bring your pet with you. We calculate € 10,00 per pet and day not including food.

Please take note of:
Christmas/New Year: minimum stay of 8 days
Surcharges per person per night:
For stays less than 5 days: € 8,00
Double rooms as single occupancy: € 20,00 (category Schlern)

Discount for children sharing parent’s room:
0-1 years 70%, 2-5 years 50%
6-11 years 30%, +12 years 20%

Hire charge for the seminar room: on request
