Breath massage: The breath massage is a combination of gentle movement and breathing perception. The method very effectively deepens the breathing and thus induces a deep relaxation. The massage is a full-body application and is performed while clothed. Breathing out is supported with gentle pressure. The breathing thus deepens entirely by itself.

Breath-rhythm massage: Based on classical basic techniques and extended, rhythmic massage techniques, this massage co-ordinates the massage grips with the breathing. This produces a flowing and very rhythmic massage that quickly releases tension, deepens the breathing and increases oxygenation. The breath-rhythm massage addresses the following aspects:
  • General relaxation of the musculature through massage
